What Happens After You Submit
We use this onboarding step for clients who already know they want to move forward with cloud and infrastructure work. It keeps plan selection, access planning, and first actions in one place, and follows our structured onboarding process. Please include your selected plan, approximate workload profile, main platforms, and the first area you want us to stabilise.
Plan Overview
Each cloud and infrastructure plan maps to a practical delivery depth. Cloud Baseline establishes visibility and a clear technical starting point. Infrastructure Roadmap aligns architecture decisions to business goals. Managed Improvement adds ongoing optimisation, monitoring, and service continuity.

Kickoff & Environment Confirmation
We confirm your selected plan, current platforms (for example Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and on-prem systems), and the first area requiring stabilisation. This keeps scope and technical priorities aligned from day one.

Access, Architecture & Security Baseline
We collect the minimum tenant, subscription, and infrastructure access needed to begin safely. Access handling follows GDPR principles and NIS2-aware operational controls.

First 30 Days Cloud Priority Plan
We stabilise high-risk workloads, establish monitoring and backup baselines, and define a practical optimisation rhythm for performance, cost, and resilience across the next quarter.
