What Your IT Roadmap Assessment Covers

🧭Current Estate and Direction Review

We review your current IT estate, business goals, and constraints to define a realistic roadmap direction for the next 12 months.

⚠️Delivery and Supplier Risk Review

We review where delivery risk is building across suppliers, support models, and operational ownership so roadmap priorities reflect real-world constraints.

🏗️Technical Debt and Modernisation Mapping

We review technical debt, lifecycle issues, and architecture blockers to show what should be modernised first and what can wait.

💶Budget and Priority Alignment

We align recommendations to budget realities, risk appetite, and delivery capacity so the roadmap is actionable instead of theoretical.

📅Decision Timeline and Sequencing

We map near-term decisions, dependencies, and sequence so leadership can move from discussion to execution with fewer surprises.

📋Written Cloud Assessment Report and Handover

You receive a documented report with findings, risk ratings, and specific next steps. The report is yours to keep, whether you work with ICT Shift or another provider.
